It been now several months now. As you very well know, I cannot keep things in my stomach and have to vomit everything on this personal blog. Now, I want a solution to this problem. You may say, what is the problem dude, it is just a dream and it is quite normal for a healthy old man to get such dreams as after a certain vintage men stop getting lucky....

We all were young and had parents or still have them around, but the law of nature is that the old must go to be replaced by the new. Sometimes death comes all of a sudden, and sometimes the old keep wishing they would die instead of going through the humiliation of being dependent or trouble to the young. But Yamraj Ji is an erratic guy; he comes and takes people away on his whims and fancy, notwithstanding the thousands of children praying for their parents to be dead....

Do you find yourself spending a lot of time on social media instead of being with people in real life? Maybe your work is such that you have to be on social media to get business or generate leads. Somehow Osho is giving me the answers to my current problems. So after not listening to Osho for like 25 years, I am back again to listening to Osho . He is now relevant to the answers I am seeking. So, I am on a mission to gain some muscle mass! I hate to look at my emaciated face in the mirror now. After Eating Eggs to Gain Weight i felt I should add more protein to my diet. So grilled chicken is a safest bet. Also, for some reason, my stomach digest chicken very well. I mean I don’t get bloated like I do with carbohydrates. Ofcourse, I am not getting the marination right!...

This might seem like a third world problem, but I have lost weight. I am losing weight for some reason. The reason is poor metabolism. It is a sedentry life. Being a knowledge worker means you spend most of the time sitting in front of the computer and instead of real meetings you have chats and zoom calls. Now the nature of work cannot be changed and due to advancing age, the metabolism cannot be improved further, unless I start working out or start running marathons....

It all started with an innocuous looking flu on a Saturday as I was about to leave to my Tabla class. Suddenly I felt that the nagging irritant in my throat was actuall a flu. In a couple of hours, I was feeling feverish and knew this was not a ordinary flu. I took my flu and fever medicine and went to sleep early. The fever rose and then ebbed. A couple of days I was feeling feverish now and then....
